The Wild Oaks Country Music Festival
On Saturday, June 3, the Wild Oaks Country Music Festival will debut at Conejo Creek Park South (1300 E. Janss Rd.) within Thousand Oaks. Over 75 vendors and booths, top-notch Nashville country music, food trucks, activities for kids, People’s Choice hot sauce tastings, line dancing, and more are all part of the festival. GoBeDo Productions and Event Essentials are responsible for producing the festival, which is organized by the Rotary Club of Westlake Village.
Festival Line Up
Craig Morgan, a star on the country music charts, will perform, as will CAM, who has been nominated for a Grammy. Local favorites Justin Honsinger and Chris Johnson and the Hollywood Hillbillies will also perform (directly from the Cowboy Palace in Chatsworth). Soon, additional acts will be announced. In addition, there will be a beer, wine, and spirit garden, line dancing, and line dancing lessons at the event.
Festival Co-Chair Mary-Catherine McBridge
According to festival co-chair Mary-Catherine McBride, there will be nonstop entertainment from the stage and lots to do and see around the festival. Rotary local nonprofits receive 100% of the net festival proceeds. Mary-Catherine wants guests to come along, appreciate extraordinary music, dance, have a good time and back incredible causes. The Westlake Rotary’s primary focus this year is supporting military veterans, first responders, and the fight against human trafficking.
